Editorial policy
Required reading for any operator, journalist, or reader. We follow this without exception.
1. Who writes our content
Every page is written by a named human editor with their bio and credentials displayed above the fold. We do not publish anonymous reviews. We do not use AI to generate finished pages without human editorial review of every paragraph - AI may assist with first drafts and research, but the published version is reviewed and edited by a real person.
2. Fact-checking
Every page is fact-checked by a second person (the Fact-Checker, named above the fold alongside the author). The fact-checker verifies:
- The license claim against the regulator's registry
- The bonus terms against the operator's current published T&Cs
- The list of geo-restricted countries against the operator's most recent policy
- The withdrawal speed claim against our internal test logs
3. Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it publicly. Corrections are noted with the date at the bottom of the page. We do not silently rewrite history - if a casino's terms change, we update the page and note the change with the previous value preserved for reference. Email corrections@ to request a correction.
4. Sponsored content
We do not publish sponsored reviews. We do not accept payment for higher rankings, "featured" placements, or removal of critical content. All revenue comes from affiliate commissions paid by operators when a reader clicks through and registers - and this is disclosed on every page (see Affiliate Disclosure).
5. AI use disclosure
We use large language models (DeepSeek V4 Pro) to assist with first drafts, summarisation, and tabular data extraction. Every published page is then reviewed and edited by a human editor before publication. We do not auto-publish AI output without review. We do not use AI to generate the named author byline or fact-checker attribution.
6. Sources
We cite primary sources where possible: the operator's own published terms, the regulator's license registry, blockchain transaction hashes for withdrawal tests, and on-record statements from operator support. When a claim cannot be primary-sourced, we say so.
7. Complaints process
If an operator or reader believes a page contains an error, they may request a correction via corrections@. We respond within 5 business days. If we agree with the correction, we apply it within 24 hours. If we disagree, we respond with the source we relied on. We do not remove unfavorable reviews under threat of legal action - we have insurance and we will fight bad-faith takedown attempts in public.
8. Editorial independence statement
No operator, advertiser, or affiliate network has editorial input on our content. Operators do not receive advance copies of reviews. Operators cannot request changes after publication except via the public corrections process above.
